Zuurakan Kainazarova was awarded three Orders of Lenin in 1941, 1947, and 1948. Zuurakan Kainazarova was awarded Order of the Red Banner of Labor in 1946. Zuurakan Kainazarova was awarded twice the titles of the Hero of Socialist Labor in 1948 and 1957. Zuurakan Kainazarova died on June, 1982.
