The plan of the intellectual competition The theme: “Polyglot’’ The aim of the competition: Educational: To deepen participant`s knowledge about English and to widen their world view. To teach them to use their knowledge learnt from other languages in English and express their points of view. To enrich their word stock. Developing: To develop their oral skill, abilities of paying attention, remembering,thinking, acting quickly and accurate speaking skill. Upbringing : To rase their interest to the foreign languages and countries. To teach them to respect their native language and languages of other nations.
