Healthy Food




































Цель урока: закрепить и активизировать лексические единицы темы;

повторить грамматический материал: countable and uncountable Nouns;

местоимения some, a little, few;

развивать навыки говорения и аудирования;

воспитывать интерес к кулинарным традициям, здоровому питанию.


Тип урока: урок закрепления изученного материала


Оборудование: учебник, карточки для самостоятельной, коллективной и групповой

работы, продуктовый набор для приготовления салатов, макеты для

семейного меню.


ХОД УРОКА

I Начало урока

  1. Greeting (Приветствие)

T. Good morning, pupils!

P. Good morning, teacher!

T. Nice to see you!

T. How are you?

P. Very well, thank you. And you?

T. I am well. Thank you, sit down.

2. Warm up (Введение учащихся в иностранную атмосферу)

- How is your mother?

- How is your father?

- How is your brother?

- How do you feel?

- What is the weather like today?

- Who is absent? What date is it today?

3. Aim (Объявление темы и цели урока)

The topic of our lesson is “Healthy food”. We must speak about food we like to eat, must explain about Healthy and Unhealthy food. At the end of the lesson we’ll answer the question “What kind of food people must to eat that to be healthy?”

II Main part (Основная часть)

  1. Answer the questions:

  • Have you a good appetite?

  • What have you eaten for breakfast today?

  • What do you usually like to eat?

  • What do you usually like to drink?

  • What are your favorite fruits?

  • What are your favorite vegetables?

  • Do you like to eat sweets? What kind?

  • Do you like pickled food? What kind?

  • Do you like dried food? What kind?

  • Do you like canned food? What kind?

  • How often do you eat fast food? Do you like it?

  1. We think Fast food is very good because it is very cheap and tasty.

  2. It can be eaten without forks and knives.

  3. Fast food is always pick up food and people can take it home.

  4. Fruit and vegetables are very expensive.

  5. You mustn’t cook Fast food.

Group B “Healthy food”

  1. Oh, no! In this food there are many fats and much sugar and low vitamins and minerals.

  2. People eat fast food in a hurry which is bad for their health.

  3. If you eat fast food, you’ll have many medical problems: obesity, dental problems and heart-ache.

  4. Fast food is very bad. People need minerals, proteins and vitamins.

  5. They must eat healthy food. it has many vitamins, minimal of sugar, fats and salt.


ADVICE

  1. Start your day with a healthy breakfast.

  2. Drink plenty of water. About 8-10 glasses.

  3. Eat healtyhy food. Include fruit and vegetables to your diet.

  4. Drink milk, it is rich in calcium.

  5. Keep sugar to minimum.
