Пояснительная записка
Область применения оценочных материалов. Комплект оценочных материалов предназначен для проверки результатов освоения дисциплины ОП.07 Иностранный язык в профессиональной деятельности основной профессиональной образовательной программы по профессии «Повар, кондитер».
Задания каждого варианта включают лексико-грамматический тест с выбором ответа, лексико-грамматический тест на установление соответствия.
Цель работы - проверить уровень освоения профессиональной терминологии в сфере индустрии питания, владение лексическим и грамматическим минимумом в рамках изученной тематики.
Время выполнения работы - 45 минут

Критерии оценивания
В работе используются тестовые задания трех типов: задания с выбором ответа, задания на установление соответствия, а также открытым ответом.
В заданиях с выбором ответа все ответы сформулированы, обучающийся должен только выбрать из готовых ответов один правильный. Задания данного типа используются главным образом для проверки знаний обучающихся, понимания изученного материала. Задания на соответствие используются для проверки классификационных, систематических и фактических знаний на профессиональную тематику. Задания с открытым ответом требуют умения самостоятельно сформулировать ответ и оформить его кратко.
Критерий оценки работы обучающихся: в соответствии с листом эталонов и выполненных операций.
