There are some exceptions  at e.g. I will be there at 6 o'clock.  Time + in e.g. I arrived the concert hall in time.  on e.g. The train started on time .  (Thomson & Martinet, 2001) July + in/on  e.g.  I went to London in July.  I will go there on 5 July.  ( Davis & Rimmer, 2011)

There are some exceptions

at e.g. I will be there at 6 o'clock.

Time + in e.g. I arrived the concert hall in time.
