Bed The main fixed part of the machine is a frame consisting of 2 vertical edges. Between them there are several transverse bars, providing stiffness of the stator. The frame is located on the legs, their number depends on the length of the frame. The design of the pedestals is such that they can store the tools necessary for the machine's operation.

On the right side, facing the tailstock, there is a thread. To it are attached cartridges that hold the workpiece. The spindle itself is mounted on two bearings. The accuracy of the work performed on the machine depends on the state of the spindle.
