IN THE PRESENTATION I WANT TO TELL ABOUT FOREST INHABITANTS OF THE KURGAN REGION. MANY REPRESENTATIVES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RED LIST

In fauna of the kurgan region forest, steppe and forest-steppe animal species are combined. The researches conducted in the territory of area confirm existence of 60 species of mammals, 278 bird species, 5 species of reptiles, 9 species of amphibians, 27 species of fish, 2100 types of invertebrates

In the territory of Kurgan there are mainly steppe and forest animal species. Thus about 60 versions are presented here, these are reptiles, fish and amphibians

Among predatory animals are presented: wolf and fox. In some areas you can meet an elk or a boar. Also hares of the roe, a muskrat, groundhogs, chipmunks and other inhabitants live in the Kurgan region

Among the birds, the main inhabitants are hazel grouse, wood grouse, black grouse. And ptarmigans are of two kinds: gray and white

Representatives of fauna - are squirrels numbering about 300. Approximately the same number here and hares who are in turn also presented by two versions: hare white hare and hare hare

Rather often live in the woods of Kurgan a polecat who occupies the western areas. Treats exotic types of inhabitants корсак and columns. Them at the moment in area there was a small quantity

In the Red List it is included a muskrat which remained very little. Such types as a steppe groundhog, an Asian chipmunk, a steppe myshovka are also rather rare and strept. Now the number of these representatives makes only some tens and these views of extinction sides

In the territory of area meets and 24 bird species included in the red list of russia nest. including 11 bird species are under global threat of disappearance in europe. On flight the savka, a piskulka, a small swan, the krasnozoby brent are noted; nest - a curly pelican, a shiloklyuvka, a hodulochnik, a krechetka, etc. In the territory of area 5 species of the insects included in the red list of russia live (a dybka steppe, apollo, bumblebees - armenian, shrenka, surprising)
