We`ve chosen this topic because we find it interesting to find out more facts about animal and vegetables world in Australia, its climate, its geographical position. Australia is a faraway country, exotic and unusual. We are ready to get more knowledge of this continent and share it with others.

The geographical

position

Australia is a country in the Southern Hemisphere,located on the mainland Australia, Tasmania and several other islands in the Indian and Pacific Oceans. The population for 2011 is 22,697,004 people.

The capital city of the state is Canberra.

National symbols of Australia

Flag of Australia - one of the state and the most recognizable national symbols of the country, which is a rectangular cloth blue with a ratio of 1:2.

National Emblem of Australia in its present form has existed since 1912,is one of the most original and expressive emblems in the world.
