Employment contract
Employment contract agreement between employer and employee, in according to which the employer undertakes to provide the employee with work is due to labor functions, to ensure working condition, provided by the Labour code Russian Federation, other laws and normative legal act, collective agreement, agreements, local normatives acts, containing labor law in a timely manner and pay in full emplyee wages, and the employee undertakes to personally perform defined by this agreement labor function, observe acting in the establishment of rules internal labor regulations

Working time, during which employee in accordance with the rules internal labor regulations of the institution and working conditions the contract must to perform collective responsibilities as well other time periods, which according to laws and other normative-legal acts refer to working hours

Rest time
During the work day(shifts) the employee must be provided a break for rest and food duration not more then two hours and not less than 30 minutes that during working hours not included(Art. 108 of the LC RF). Allowed to work without lunch, if the duration of the working shifts do not exceed 6 hours 15 minutes. Duration work shift start, end, a recess for receiving food is determined by rules internal labor shedule (Appendix Nel to collective agreement)

Installed work on which it is prohibited to employ persons in under the age of 18;
Mandatory medical inspections;
With an annual main paid leave greater than durations;
Prohibited directions to business trips, attraction to overtime, night work time, weekends and non-working public holiday;
Guarantees are provided at termination of employment contract, etc.
