1/ The decision to start a voyage was accepted by Mr. Fogg and his loyal valet Passepartout.

2/ Passepartout was not astonished because he used to travel, with his master.

3/ Mr. Fogg was a rich man whose father was an owner of a bank in London.

4/ Passepartout was born in France but last years he lived in England.

5/Mr. Fogg took an impressive sum of money.

6/The valet didn’t find the master’s mackintosh, so he had to leave it at home.

7/ Passepartout was carrying his master’s bag while Mr. Fogg was looking around.

8/A cabman was a tall and plump man, so the gentlemen were shocked looking at his appearance.

9/At the station Mr. Fogg donated some money to a poor woman, who had two little children in her arms.

10/Passepartout’s heart was touched, so a tear welled up in his eyes.

11/ Mr. Fogg purchased two cups of coffee in a little pub and then he noticed his five friends sitting there.

12/”The journey must have to be incredible” – said Stuart laughing.

13/Ralph suggested trusting the words of Mr. Fogg.

14/Mr. Fogg collapsed into his place in a train and fell asleep immediately.
