"O Canada" is the national anthem of Canada.

There are two version of national anthem in Canada: in French and in English. They are original. At first the song “O Canada” was played by Lieutenant Governor of Quebec Théodore Robitaille for the 1880 Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day ceremony. Officially this song became Canada's national anthem in 1980.

It is the second largest city in Ontario and the fourth largest city in the country.

It is the national day of Canada. It is celebrating the anniversary of the July 1, 1867, enactment of the British North America Act, 1867 (today called the Constitution Act, 1867, in Canada), which united three colonies into a single country called Canada within the British Empire.

The First Nations are the various Aboriginal peoples in Canada. First Nations had settled across Canada by 500 BCE – 1000 AD. Hundreds of tribes had developed, each with its own culture, customs, legends, and character.

First European came to Canada in the 17th and 18th centuries.

Languages

There are two official languages in Canada: English and French. But people don’t forget indigenous languages.

Children begin studying two languages at school: English and French.
