The youth of the twenty first century face almost the same problems which were acute to their parents when they were young.
• Adults always complain that the young people are not what they were. These words are repeated from generation to generation. I think that undoubtedly it is correct. Today the youth have good education, they grow up more quickly and they get more freedom. The adults always teach the young people how to live. They apply old standards to the new way of life. The youth know what they want. They prefer to make their own mistakes. The young people want to live their own life. The very important problem of the youth is the relationship of young people with their friends. In present time such problems as violence, AIDS, drugs and alcohol are more associated with young people.

In Great Britain to be a success is important, that is when all young people in Britain want to work hard and be a success. But in Britain young people have problems. Almost half of teenagers have an experience with drugs, alcohol under age of 16. I think that in Russia young people have problems too. Violence, AIDS, drugs, alcohol are associated with young people. Teenagers in Russia have problems at home and at school. Many young people lack understanding on the part on their own parents. They say that their parents are indifferent to their problems. I think different information on this problem is provided by mass media and school. I think that all people in the world have problems.
