The USA is a large country in North America. Its neighbor in the north is Canada and in the south is Mexico.

The USA has every kind of weather.

The USA has grasslands, rocky mountains, rivers, lakes, beaches, forests, lands of ice.

The longest river is the Mississippi.

Indians are Native Americans.

There are 50 states. The smallest is Rhode Island and the biggest is Alaska.

The capital is Washington, D.C. It lies on the banks of the Potomac River.

The largest city in the country is New York City famous for its skyscrapers.

Manhattan, a very important business part of the city is an island.

The Metropolitan Museum is situated on Fifth Avenue. It is the biggest museum in New York.

Chinatown is famous for their restaurants with tasty food.

Central Park has some lakes and ponds, 2 skating rinks and a Zoo.

The Statue of Liberty is the famous symbol of the USA.
