2015 META Conference for EFL teachers part 1

Moldovan English Teachers’ Association has organized the Annual International Conference for English teachers on April the 25th, 20015. The event was attended by 180 teachers of English from all over Moldova. The chart exposes the number of participants from all over Moldova and not only. We had participants from Turkey, Ukraine, Romania who joined us for the event.

The topic of the Conference, “Learning Foreign languages – Opening new doors”, was revolved at the beginning of the day by the guest speaker from Ireland, Mr. Bob Earlie, Specialist in school management, class management and specilaist in teaching foreign languages. Representatives of the British Embassy in Moldova – Deputy in Chief, Mr. Niel Martin; Assistant of the Public Affairs Office of the US Embassy in Moldova- Mrs. Kate Bartlett and the Vice-Minister of Education – Mrs. Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei participated at the Opening Ceremony.
