ХІД УРОКУ

I. ПОЧАТОК УРОКУ. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ

1. Привітання.

T: Good morning, dear children! How are you today?

T: I am happy that you are OK. I hope that you will do your best today.

2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку Мотивація до навчання.

T: on Monday we greeted our dads and granddads with their holiday.everybody knows that a woman can gain a man's love by cooking food he enjoys .Today we start speaking about food. I want to tell you that today we’ll speak about our favourite traditional Ukrainian dishes and about the Englishmen`s traditional breakfast . (Слайд 1)

During our lesson we’ll speak, read, write, make up dialogues, practice the usage of food and drinks , play games.

So, the motto of our lesson is: (Слайд 2)

“The more we learn the more we know”

Let’s start!

3. Діагностичний етап

T: Listen to me attentively. We start our lesson with the game ABC.

I will show and name you letters and you are to name different words beginning with these letters belonging to the theme “Food and Drink”.

You can name fruits, vegetables, drinks, dishes and ways of cooking.

I’ll start:

For example: As for me

A is for … apple.

And what about you? Do you know any other words beginning with this letter?(діти стають в коло та передаючи м’яч, називають літери алфавіту та відповідні назви їстівних продуктів)

T: So, I see that you know the words perfectly well.

4. Введення в мовне середовище.

T: And now dear children, let’s speak about your eating habits. Answer the questions. (Слайд 3-11)

• What do you like to eat?

• What don’t you like to eat?

• What is your favourite drink?

• Do you help your mother to cook?

• Can you cook?

• What dishes can you cook?

• Are you a good or a poor eater?

• What do you usually have for breakfast?

• What do English people have for breakfast?

5. Перевірка домашнього завдання.

T: Now, let’s check up your home-task. For today you were to make up short dialogues “In the café ”.

Are you ready? Who will be the first?

II. ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

1. Введення лексичного матеріалу з теми і підтеми.

T: And now we’ll speak about best-known Ukrainian dishes. I hope that you love them very much. Look at the board, listen to me and repeat after me. Be very attentive!

(Слайд 12-22)

2. Активізація лексичного матеріалу (робота в групах з картками).

T: Now, you will work in groups. I have a lot of flowers. Some of them are yellow and some of them are red. I want to divide you in to 2 groups. Choose your favourite flower. Now make groups. So, we have 2 groups. Take the cards and match the words with their countries.

You have 2-3 min. to do this task. (Слайд 23)

T: Are you ready?

OK. Let’s check up.

T: All of you worked good. You were attentive and active. Thank you.

3. Фізкультхвилинка.

T: May be are you tired? Let’s have a little rest. Listen to the song and dance with your little friend. Stand up! (Слайд 24)

(Song “I like breakfast”)

4. Розвиток граматичних навичок

(індивідуальна робота з робочим зошитом та картками).

T: And now we’ll practice the usage of like and don`t like

T: To know how to use them correctly you should look at Tag`s rule.

Open your Pupil`s books on page 75.

T: OK. I see that you know this material and it will be easy for you to complete the sentences. Let`s do Exercise 2 on page 75 (pupils complete the sentences).

T: Are you ready? Read your sentences in chain. Well done!

5. Тренування навичок аудіювання.

T: Look at the board. You can see a nice picture there. There isn`t any food on the plates. Now you listen to the speaker and stick correct stickers. (Слайд 25)

You will listen only one time. Be attentive.

T: Well done! Great job!

6. Розвиток вмінь та навичок діалогічного читання

(робота в парах з підручником).

T: And now you will work in pairs. You are to complete the sentences with the words like or don`t like:

Open your book on page 61 Ex.4. Look at the box, listen to me and repeat after me.

T: So, you have 2-3 minutes to do this task. If you are ready, raise your hands. The winners will act out the dialogue. Let’s start.

III. ЗАКЛЮЧНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

1. Підведення підсумків уроку та оцінювання учнів.

T: You were active and energetic today. I am pleased with your work.

T: Your home-task for the next time is Ex.5 on page 61.
