I guess it's one of the most significant professions, as it has a strong affect on the development of personality. From my point of view it's a real happiness to support future adults, being a friend for them, and always be ready to help and give them direction, because these people are the future of our country. It's a really good thing to realize that the quality of their education is in your hands.
