I love my body!

Preview

At first, the lesson is based on the students’ knowledge.

They get their homework to write about one part of the body (it can be legs, nose, one eye etc.) why do they love it.

Don’t forget! You want to show kids how beautiful and unusual they are.

You must inspire them to write and make photos of themselves.



Lesson plan

1.At the beginning of the lesson, after hello staff, the teacher and the students remember parts of the body with a song : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ot4mJ_qUNMY&feature=youtu.be

2.Then they continue to work with the worksheets (you can download it too in my bio) by themselves.

3. Don’t forget to move around little bit (use this link)

4. Then kids tell their homework.

(I printed some photos of their body parts and stick them on a board).

They begin their story with words – I love my body because …

Don’t forget to support kids, while they telling about their body parts.

5.At the end of the lesson , We play a game called “Heroes”

I’ve got a lot of picture of famous cartoon character and famous people , kids play in this game before.

One of the kids go to the board, pick a card. Others ask him questions, about appearance, like : is it a man? Is it tall? Has he got a moustache? Etc.



At the end of the lesson we make a conclusion, that we different in the appearance, but we all alike with the song “I love my body”.
