2019 - The year of the soaring eagle
The eagle is used in heraldry as a charge, as a supporter, and as a crest. The eagle with its keen eyes symbolized perspicacity, courage, strength and immortality, but is also considered "king of the skies" and messenger of the highest gods. With these attributed qualities the eagle became a symbol of power and strength in Ancient Rome. It has been connected by the Greeks with the god Zeus, by the Romans with Jupiter, by the Germanic tribes with Odin, by the Judeo-Christian scriptures with those who hope in God… The eagle is a regal bird that flies very high. However, she did not become revered. The Slavs respected and worshiped the eagle, because the bird achieves all its might with exhausted labor and perseverance. Those who were born in the year of the Soaring Eagle are very lucky.
Eagles are large, powerful birds of prey. Eagles have large, hooked beaks. Eagles have excellent eyesight. Eagles have powerful talons which help them catch prey. Eagles build their nests on high cliffs or in tall trees. There are over 60 different species of eagle. Eagles feature prominently on the coat of arms of a large number of countries, such as Germany, Mexico, Egypt, Poland and Austria. Golden eagles have been known to hunt foxes, wild cats and even young deer and goats. Female golden eagles usually lay between one and four eggs each breeding season. Bald eagles aren’t actually bald. 
In the year of the soaring eagle, people are born with a strong-willed character and a proud soul. They are extremely ambitious and achieve their goals, if they do not interfere. People- Eagles are self-confident and resolute. They do not pity themselves and their forces in the aspirations to achieve the goal.
