Dear Richard,

How are you? Kathy and I are fine, and life here in Brighton is good.

Let me tell you about the flat. It is not so big but very comfortable. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and a small garden. There's also a TV and a t D VD player in the living room.

The flat's near some shops and there’s great café at the end of our street. There is a station near our house.

Phone me when arrive and we can meet at the station. See you soon

Best wishes,

Gary.
