Youth is the engine of modernization.

Work with the younger generation – one of the main priorities of the new Republican movement "Air Zholy", the headquarters of which were opened in all regions of the country, including in Almaty region. The task is to unite youth leaders and activists of ethnocultural associations, can contribute to the implementation of the program "Rouhani gear".

As recalled by the Chairman of the regional headquarters "Air Zholy" Rufina Usanova, in a programmatic article of President Nursultan Nazarbayev "look into the future: the modernization of public consciousness" set a clear goal – the country's entry into top 30 developed countries. In this context, a special role is given to young people, because it is the driving force of all modernization processes.

To solve the problems of post-industrial development and social modernization of society requires new impulses that can not only involve in these processes a greater number of competitive young people, but also to intensify the search for unrealized reserves and opportunities for young people. Young people should clearly realize that a successful country is not only the care of the older generation, it is the tomorrow of the youth itself, according to the Concept of the state youth policy of Kazakhstan.

In the minds of young men and women should be firmly entrenched understanding that the state – not a sponsor of youth, and an associate, creating conditions for its self-realization.

Therefore, it is necessary to ensure and encourage the active participation of young people in all spheres of society, to ensure the creation of equal conditions for young people to perform their civic duties with the involvement of youth political associations, youth NGOs. It is important to form a step-by-step scheme of career growth with mandatory stages and collegial decision of certification commissions on the applicant's compliance with the new level. Each new step of the career ladder should improve the financial situation - the growth of the basic level of payment should be combined with an increase in the Fund of incentive allowances and surcharges.

The state is improving work to provide young people with guarantees in the field of labour and employment. Special attention is paid to the participation of young people in the implementation of the country's program on forced innovative industrialization of the economy, modernization of agriculture, improving the level of public service and the development of small and medium-sized businesses
