The winter months in Great Britain are November, December, January and February.
The winter months are cold, snowy and rainy.

January is the third winter month. There are 31 days in January. There is an interesting Scottish New Year tradition – «First Footing». The Scots believe that the First Foot brings luck.
February is the fourth winter month. There are 28 or 29 days in February. The 14th of February is St. Valentine's Day. People make cards and send them to people they love.
