Welcome to Dubai!

СЛАЙД 1. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen! My name is Yaroslav, I'm from Russia. I'm your guide.

СЛАЙД 2. We are in the centre of Dubai now. It is the largest tourist and business center of the United Arab Emirates. In 1966 a lot of large oil fields were discovered near the city and in 30 years Dubai become one of the most modern cities.

СЛАЙД 3. Let’s go to the map! The city is located on the Persian Gulf in the middle of the desert. Dubai is one of the hottest city in the world. The temperature in summer is 45-50 degrees. It is hot today, isn’t it?

СЛАЙД 4. We are here now (показать на карте). Tourists are attracted by excellent sandy beaches, clean sea, beautiful hotels with high level of service.

СЛАЙД 5. The city has many unique attractions and interesting places. Today we will visit the most famous attractions in Dubai.

СЛАЙД 6. Burj Khalifa is the tallest structure in the world, with a height of 828 meters. Now some words about this place. This structure can be seen from anywhere in the city. Its construction was completed in 2010. Tourists can climb to the observation platforms located on the 124 and 148 floors.

СЛАЙД 7. Let's go to the Singing fountain. Turn right and left. The complex of dancing fountains is located near the center of Dubai Mall. The maximum height of the fountain reaches 150 meters. Water usually "dances" to an Arabic melody. But sometimes the performance takes place under classical music and popular world hits.

СЛАЙД 8. Look around! One of the world's largest shopping centre is located near the Burj Khalifa. The Dubai Mall. On its vast territory there are many shops, boutiques, cafes, 150 restaurants, an ice rink and a large theme Park, entertainment centers.

СЛАЙД 9. Right under the roof of Dubai Mall are located kidzania children's entertainment center, a huge aquarium, Sega Park. A visit to the Mall can easily take a whole day.

СЛАЙД 10. If you are tired, it is possible to sleep some hours in the cozy capsules for a dream equipped here, in shopping center.

Let's go insidе and get to the aquarium in the Dubai Mall.

СЛАЙД 11. It’s one of the largest aquariums in the world. There are more than 3000 different fish, including large sharks and rays. In addition to the main aquarium, the Underwater Zoo is open to the public. A significant part of the aquarium can be seen by all visitors to the Mall, but if you want to get inside you will need to buy a ticket, the price of which is 70 dirhams. You can walk here for an hour.

СЛАЙД 12. Did you like it? Let's go to the Children's city-Park "Kidzania. It’s for children from 4 years. They can "try on" any of 70 profession, independently earn money (Kidzo) and spend it on a variety of entertainment. How fun!

СЛАЙД 13. Now we’ll go to the Theme Park of computer games and attractions "Sega Republic". It’s for fans of computer games and attractions. "Republic of Sega" is divided into 5 thematic zones. In each of the zones there is entertainment for guests of any age. I’ll give you half an hour to play.

СЛАЙД14. Not to lag. Come quickly! In Olympic-sized ice rink on the first level of the shopping center, you can relax from the heat and sun. It’s exotic for Arabs.

Let's go up to the fourth floor. “Grove” is a street with a retractable roof, "a corner of nature ". Fountains, greenery, decorative ornaments of flowers and lighting give this place a special flavor. Well, what are your impressions? Do you like it?

Let's get to the bus. Our excursion continues. In 10 minutes we'll be near the Dubai frame.

СЛАЙД 15. It’s a new landmark of Dubai. Dubai Frame is two tall 150-meter towers connected by a closed bridge. On the upper tier there is an observation deck, inside the vertical towers- a variety of exhibitions.

Now we're coming to Miracle Garden flower Park. The Park is planted with many flowers and plants collected in original compositions. Floral arches, pyramids, sculptural installations, miniature copies of houses- it takes several hours to explore the Park. Do you like it?

In 30 minutes we'll be at Palm Jumeirah.

СЛАЙД 16. It’s the most famous man-made island in the world. It is as a palm tree from the height. There are villas, apartments, shops and restaurants on this island. Staying in Dubai can be compared only with a fairy tale.
