КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ

ПО АНГЛИЙСКОМУ ЯЗЫКУ

“ECOLOGY OF THE CRIMEA”.

Классы: 6-7

Цель конференции: :Развитие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции

Речевая компетенция:

• Совершенствование коммуникативных умений

• умения планировать свое речевое поведение

• развитие умения представлять презентацию по теме

Языковая компетенция:

• систематизация ранее изученного материала

• овладение новыми средствами в соответствии с темой конференции

• развитие навыков оперирования языковыми единицами в коммуникативных целях

Учебно-познавательная компетенция:

• развитие общих и специальных учебных умений, позволяющих совершенствование учебной деятельности по овладению английским языком

Воспитательные цели :

• воспитание гражданской ответственности за загрязнение окружающей среды

• развитие готовности к участию в акциях по защите экологии своей страны, своего региона

Методические цели :

• организация проектной работы

• организация самостоятельной работы учащихся по использованию ИКТ

Технические средства: компьютер, мультимедийный проектор

Student 1: Good afternoon!

Student 2: Good afternoon, our guests!

Student 1: Now let’s begin our meeting with a song! Listen to it!

(звучит песня “Mother Earth”)

Student 2: Until recently the planet was a large world in which human activities and the nature were in balance.

The people lived in harmony with nature and didn`t pollute it. Mankind believed for a long time that whatever we did, the Earth would remain the same.

Student 1: We know now that it isn’t true. There are a lot of problems that people

face nowadays. Environmental problems are the most burning.

The air we breathe, the water we drink, the ground where we grow our food,

and even the increasing noise we hear every day, that`s all contribute to health problems and a lower quality of life.

Student 2: . People cut down trees,

destroy the homes of thousands of animals and contaminate water in rivers and seas. Also, you know, that many rare animals and plants are disappearing, so it`s our duty to care and save animals. The problems are so serious nowadays, that they should be solved without delay.

Student 1: The most urgent problem concerning people of the world is an ecological one.

Student 1: What is ecology?

Student 2: Ecology is a science about nature and about relation of man with it.

Student 1: Ecology is a science which studies the relationship between all forms of life on our planet with its environment.

Student 2: Nowadays people understand how important it is to solve the environmental problems.

Student 1: The most serious environmental problems are:

• pollution ( It is water pollution, air pollution and land pollution)

• noise from transport

• destruction of countryside beauty

• growth of population

• acid rain

• deforestation and others

Student 2: Well, today we’ll discuss some of the ecological problems of our region and try not only to focus on them, but to think about the ways of their solutions.

Student 3: Earth is Our Home!

We must take care of it! The importance of it is pointed out by the ecologists, scientists who study the relations between living beings and their environment. Each of us must do everything possible to keep the land, water and air.
