Тема: «Talking about the famous people» в 5-м классе по УМКМ. З. Биболетовой.


Цели урока: обобщение изученного материала по теме «Известные люди», актуализация страноведческого материала, совершенствование навыков аудирования и устной речи.


Задачи:

Учебные: формировать лексические навыки говорения в процессе обобщения материала по теме «Известные люди».Совершенствовать лексические навыки, навыки диалогической речи, навыки чтения по теме, умение восприятия речи на слух.

Развивающие: развивать навыки и умения во всех видах речевой деятельности; развивать умения систематизировать новые знания и уметь применять их в нужное время; развивать языковую догадку, память, внимание, эрудицию.

Воспитательные: воспитывать интерес к стране изучаемого языка, уважение к известным людям; воспитывать положительное и уважительное отношение к британской культуре, традициям.


Планируемые результаты:


Личностные УУД: формирование ответственного отношения к учению, готовности к саморазвитию и самообразованию; формирование коммуникативной компетентности в общении и сотрудничестве со сверстниками.


Регулятивные УУД: осуществление регулятивных действий самонаблюдения, самоконтроля, самооценки в процессе коммуникативной деятельности на иностранном языке.


Познавательные УУД: построение логических рассуждений, включающее установление причинно-следственных связей;освоение поискового и изучающего чтения текста, составленного учителем.


Коммуникативные УУД: формулировка собственного мнения и позиции, способность аргументировать и координировать её с позициями партнёров в сотрудничестве при выработке общего решения в совместной деятельности; адекватно использовать речевые средства для решения различных коммуникативных задач.


Метапредметные: развитие умения планировать свое речевое и неречевое поведение; прогнозировать содержание текста по вопросам, устанавливать логическую последовательность основных фактов.

Beginning of the lesson

  1. Greeting:

Good morning, dear children! My name is Marita Khusenovna, I’ll be your teacher for today. Nice to see you.

Today in our lesson we have guests. Let's go to greet them. Sit down, please.

I hope you are fine and ready to start our lesson. Today you’re going to have a very interesting lesson.

But I won’t tell you the topic, you will guess by yourself.

Look at this flower, please. Each of you opens one petal.

Do you know these people?

Yes, of course, you have heard about them. So, the topic is «Famous people».

At the lesson we will speak about a very interesting and famous people, of course.

We’ll also listen to the tape, recollect grammar, play a lexical game and even dance.


  1. Warming up. Children, now let's do phonetic exercises. Listen and repeat after me.

  1. Game: «Who is who»? Each team takes a card, reads information about the famous person. You must guess who she/he is.

  1. He was born in London in 1889. Later he lived in the USA. He was a film actor. He had a funny way of working. (Charlie Chaplin)

  2. She was born in 1891. She wrote 75 detective stories. She died in 1976. She was known as the Queen of Crime. (Agatha Christie)

  3. A great English scientist. He studied many different kinds of plants and animals. He built up his own theory of evolution. (Charles Darwin)

  4. A famous writer. He was fond of languages. In his books he wrote about a fairytale world where hobbits and magicians live.(John Tolkien)


  1. Work on the book and on the blackboard. The development of oral speech skills on the topic «Famous people». (ex.143, p. 128). Read the names of the famous people. Say what these people are famous for.
