The theme of the lesson: Famous statues .

The practical aim of the lesson: to talk about some famous statues in Uzbekistan, the USA and the UK.

The developing aim of the lesson: to develop the grammar skill, to teach the future tense.

The interactive teaching methods:

Linguistic competence: At the end of the lesson PP will be able to speak about any famous statues.

Socio-linguistic competence: to raise PP opinion good manners of the theme.

Pragmatic competence: to enable the PP to find and use learned lexical units in different situations.

The educational aim of the lesson: to practice listening for detailed information.

The method of the lesson: non-traditional, interactive.

The type of the lesson: mixed (reading, speaking, writing, listening)

The equipment of the lesson: computer, blackboard, multimedia, cards, pictures.

The procedure of the lesson:

Teacher: Good morning, pupils. I’m glad to see you.

PP: Good morning, dear teachers! We are glad to see you too.

T: How are you today?

PP: I’m great!

I’m OK.

I’m fine.

I’m happy.

b) Warming up: to introduce and practice Wh-questions in the Past Passive

In order to reinforce the lesson PP make up sentences .

1. The end of the lesson. Marking the pupils:

• You are very active today. Your mark is “5”

• You are active too, but you have some mistakes. Your mark is “4”

• You are passive today. Your mark is “3”

Homework: Ac 1,2 on p 71.
