1. Project Based Learning is an instructional approach built upon learning activities and real tasks that have brought challenges for students to solve.

2. Project- is the development of confidence in using English in the real world outside the classroom.

3. Authenticity - The project features real-world context, tasks and tools, quality standards, or impact – or speaks to students’ personal concerns, interests, and issues in their lives.

4. 21st century skills is skills, abilities, and learning dispositions that have been identified as being required for success in 21st century society and workplaces by educators, business leaders, academics, and governmental agencies.

5. Assessment- refers to the wide variety of methods or tools that educators use to evaluate,, measure, and document the document the academic readiness, learning progress, skill acquisition, or educational needs of students.

6. Learning standards- is typically refers to any effort to set the same high educational standards for all students in a class, school or educational system.

7. Driving Question captures the heart of the project in clear, compelling language, which gives students a sense of purpose and challenge.

8. Academic support- may refer to wide variety of instructional methods, educational services, or school resources provided to students in in the effort to help them accelerate their learning progress, catch up with their peers, meet learning standards, or generally succeed in school.

9. Demonstrations of learning- refers to a wide variety of potential educational projects, presentations, or products through which students “demonstrate” what they have learned, usually as way of determining whether and to what degree they have achieved expected learning standards or learning objectives for a course or learning experience.
