How to develop young pupils' ability?

Language is the key of communication. If we know many languages we communicate with many different nationalities.

As we know, there are many professions which serve for development of our country , but they differ from each other by its features.

Doubtless, we can not imagine our life without teachers. Generally speaking I am an English teacher at school. Essentially, if teachers do not work on themselves they can not help children to find their way of life. Nowadays our government is paying a great attention for learning foreign languages. For this reason a decree “ About the measures of further development foreign languages learning and teaching system ” was adapted by our President. For developing my listening skill I listen to the radio, cassettes in English , besides I observe lessons of teachers which helps me to develop professional skill. Owing to the fact that for improving all my skills I go to the Friday courses and other language clubs. Besides, I read English magazines, newspapers and I learn Collins and such kind of books . These centers help me to develop my teaching skills, qualifications and provides practice.

In conclusion, teachers should not stop learning and they always should increase their professional development. If teachers constantly search new technologies of teaching at that time they can educate young generations.
