Reading “Pravda”
Инсценировка
Grandad
Grandson
Grandson: Good morning, Grandpa!
Grandad: Morning.
Grandson: You are so serious! What are you doing?
Grandad: I am reading “Pravda”
Grandson: Eating? How interesting! Is it tasty?
Grandad: Reading. Not eating! Are you deaf? You are a silly kid.
Grandson: O-o-oh reading. It’s so boring.
Grandad: Yes, of course, it’s boring. You are right. Because it’s neither chocolate nor sugar or ice cream either. But it is very useful.
Grandson: Neither chocolate, nor ice cream or an apple pie either. How can it be useful for my health?
Grandad: You, always think of your stomach. And what about brains?
Grandson: Brains. Where can I get them? What are they look like? Help me, please.
Grandad: Reading books and newspapers can help you.
Grandson: I heard scientist said, “To be cleverer and more intelligent every living thing should eat more chocolate and sugar”.
Grandad: Where did you get the information from?
Grandson: My friend told it. He likes to read magazines.
Grandad: Chocolate is not the food for intellect but for body.
Grandson: So then give me a very little piece of “Pravda”. I want to try it.
Grandad: Leave me alone, please. Go and play your computer games. I’ll read my morning paper.
