 Risotto with s moked s almon    Ingredients: Rice - 350 g, broth - 1 liter, smoked salmon, 250 grams, champagne - 1 / 2 cup, butter - 50 g., lemon zest from 1 lemon.  Instructions: Figure fry in butter until “a glass”, add fish broth in 1,5 -2 times greater in volume than rice. Mix, cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes on low heat. Then we split the salmon into small pieces and throw straight into rice, stir, pouring champagne and three there lemon zest.  Mix and bring to readiness.

 Rigatoni with Peppers  Components:400g pasta , 4 pieces of sweet pepper , 1 garlic clove , 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley , vegetable oil , salt .  Instructions: Wash but do not heat the peeled peppers in the oven on the grill. Then clean it and cut into long slices. Put in a dish, add salt and pepper, add chopped garlic and parsley, pour in half a glass dish of vegetable oil. Cook Rigatoni in salt water, drained, put the top prepared peppers.

Beat until mixture does not increase in volume. Put the bowl in a pan of slowly boiling water. Pour the wine and continue beating until the cream becomes very thick. Divide mixture between 4 glasses and serve immediately with Biscotti with pistachio or with amaretto biscuits.
