Инструкция по выполнению работы.

Работа по английскому языку состоит из трёх разделов (грамматика и лексика, чтение, письмо), включающих в себя 17 заданий.

На выполнение работы отводится 1 час (60 минут).

Разделы 1 и 2 (грамматика и лексика, чтение) состоят из 16 заданий базового уровня.

Раздел 3 (письмо 17.) – задание повышенного уровня - представляет собой небольшую письменную работу (написание личного письма и письменного высказывания с элементами рассуждения).

Баллы, полученные Вами за выполненные задания, суммируются. Постарайтесь выполнить как можно больше заданий и набрать наибольшее количество баллов.

Система оценивания выполнения отдельных заданий и работы в целом.

За верное выполнение каждого из заданий 1–16 учащийся получает 1 балл. Если в кратком ответе сделана орфографическая ошибка, ответ считается неверным. За неверный ответ или отсутствие ответа выставляется 0 баллов.

Задание 17 (личное письмо) оцениваются по критериям (максимальное количество баллов – 10). При получении учащимся 0 баллов по критерию «Содержание» задание 20 оценивается в 0 баллов. Если объём письма менее 90 слов, то задание оценивается в 0 баллов. Если объём более 132 слов, то проверке подлежат только 120 слов, т.е. та часть личного письма, которая соответствует требуемому объёму. При определении соответствия объёма представленной работы требованиям считаются все слова, с первого слова по последнее, включая вспомогательные глаголы, предлоги, артикли, частицы. В личном письме адрес, дата, подпись также подлежат подсчёту.

При этом:

− стяжённые (краткие) формы (например, I've, it's, doesn't, wasn't) считаются как одно слово;

− числительные, выраженные цифрами (например, 5, 29, 2010, 123 204), считаются как одно слово;

− числительные, выраженные словами (например, twenty-one), считаются как одно слово;

− сложные слова (например, pop-singer, English-speaking, thirty-two) считаются как одно слово;

− сокращения (например, UK, e-mail, TV) считаются как одно слово.

Максимальное количество баллов, которое может набрать учащийся за выполнение работы – 26.

За выполнение работы обучающиеся получают оценки по пятибалльной шкале через несколько дней после выполнения работы.

You can receive a 'sweet tooth' from your parents. Recent study at New York University suggests there is a genetic reason why some people prefer sugary foods. The study was based on two groups of mice. The parents of the first group were given sweetened water and the parents of the second – unsweetened water. The team found the gene that was different in the two groups of mice and then looked for similar genetic chains in humans.
