Refresh  your  memory,  then  continue  studying. Meditate Keep  your  mind  focused,  and  remind  yourself  when  it  is  time  to  start  and  stop revising.  After  you  have  completed  what  you  need  to  for  the  day,  or  you  know  you wouldn't  be  able  to  take  on  more  revision,  give  yourself  a  break  and  unwind .
