Planning ahead is a key
Getting ready ahead is a simple formula: the sooner you revise, the better prepared you will be. In general, if you have 10 days to revise, give yourself approximately 60% of the time to cover every topic once, and the remaining 40% to cover less familiar topics again.

If possible, f ind a quiet place. As long as you can easily concentrate, you can choose where it might be.

Don’t be afraid to take breaks
A scheduled break is good, but if you feel that the information is not sinking in, then it's okay to rush it forward a bit. Refresh your memory, then continue studying.
Meditate
Keep your mind focused, and remind yourself when it is time to start and stop revising. After you have completed what you need to for the day, or you know you wouldn't be able to take on more revision, give yourself a break and unwind . Breathe deeply, and let your brain get into a mindful state.
