Тема: «Социальная реклама»
Цель: обеспечение современного качества образования на основе сохранения его фундаментальности и соответствия актуальным и перспективным потребностям личности, общества, государства.
Задачи урока: повысить мотивацию обучения, повысить эффективность процесса обучения, способствовать активизации познавательной сферы обучающихся.
Оборудование: ноутбук, интерактивная доска, колонки, раздаточный материал.
Ход урока:
Постановка учебной задачи.
Ranking.
How unacceptable are the following?
Rank them from1-6 (1 is the most unacceptable)
Raffling a stranger’s hair.
Throwing sand in a child’s face.
Knocking things off someone’s trolley.
Lifting up someone’s skirt in public.
Flicking a newspaper while someone’s is reading it.
Pushing someone’s hat off their head.
II. Предпросмотровой этап
- Discuss the following questions with a partner
1) How important is it for people to feel they are liked?
2) Can you think of a situation when you felt alone or excluded?
3) How did you deal with the situation?
- Here is someone speaking about being alone. Read what he says and answer the questions below.
“ I think I was always misunderstood. People just didn’t seem like me. I think I annoyed them. I got on their nerves. I don’t know why. That’s just the way it was. Yeah, may be I was too intense. Maybe I came on too strong. I don’t know, I really can’t say. Yeah, it was lonely, really lonely, but you, you get used to it, after a while.”
What would you predict about the speaker’s age, sex, character, life-style?
Here is the speaker again. What job do you think he might have found?
“And then, one day, everything changed, somebody friendly accepted me for what I am. Since I’ve learnt this job life is completely different. I finally feel useful, good something”

- You are going to hear the speaker. Listen to the advert and see if you were right about his job.
- Work with a partner and make a list of the annoying things Mr W does in the advert (don/t look at #1)

- Use the phrases below to talk about things that are annoying.
