КВН: "Welcome to Great Britain!"

Ведущий (учитель): Good afternoon, dear friends, teachers and guests! We are glad to welcome you to our KVN! Today we have two clever and funny teams. Let's welcome them!

Ведущий:Let me introduce our teams!

Представление команд. У каждой есть название, девиз на английском и небольшая визитка (2-3 предложения о себе).

Команда 1: "The Big Ben"

Девиз (хором): "Big Ben is the best, better than the rest!"

Команда 2: "The Red Dragons" (символ Уэльса)

Девиз (хором): "We are dragons, we are strong, we never ever can be wrong!"

Конкурс 1: "Greetings" (Приветствие)

Задание:Команды представляют свои названия и девизы.

Конкурс 2: "Warm-Up" (Разминка)

Задание:Бы стро ответить на вопросы о Великобритании. За правильный ответ — 1 балл.

Вопросы для команды "The Big Ben":

1. What is the capital of the UK? (London)

2. What colour is the London bus? (Red)

3. Who is the head of the UK? (The King)

4. Name the river in London. (The Thames)

5. What is the symbol of Scotland? (A thistle)

Вопросы для команды "The Red Dragons":

1. How many countries are in the UK? Name one. (Four: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

2. What is the name of the London clock tower? (Big Ben)

3. What is the favourite drink in Britain? (Tea)

4. What is the symbol of England? (A red rose)

5. Where does the British King live? (Buckingham Palace)

Конкурс 3: "Puzzle Time" (Время загадок)

Задание: Отгадать загадки о британских достопримечательностях и символах.

Загадки для всех команд (кто быстрее поднимет руку):

1. I am tall. I am old. I am in London. I have a big bell. What am I? (Big Ben)

2. I am a bridge. I am in London. I can open and close. My name is the same as a famous tower. What am I? (Tower Bridge)

3. I am an animal. I live in Scotland. I am big and I have antlers. What am I? (A stag)

4. I am a man. I am kind and fat. I wear a red suit. I give presents to children at Christmas. Who am I? (Father Christmas / Santa Claus)

5. We are two cities. One is the capital of England, the other is the capital of Scotland. What are we? (London and Edinburgh)

Конкурс 4: "Who is Who?" (Кто есть кто?)

Задание: По описанию угадать известную личность или персонаж из британской культуры.

Примеры:

1. He is a detective. He is very clever. He wears a hat and plays the violin. He lives in Baker Street. (Sherlock Holmes)

2. She is a Queen. She was very famous. She lived a long time ago. Her name is an era. (Queen Victoria) Можно упростить: She is the Queen of the UK. She lived very long. (Queen Elizabeth II)

3. He is a wizard. He is a boy. He has a scar on his forehead. He has two friends, Ron and Hermione. (Harry Potter)

4. He is a bear. He is from Peru. He loves marmalade. He lives in London with the Brown family. (Paddington Bear)

Конкурс 5: "Picture This!" (Нарисуй это!)

Задание: По одному участнику от команды подходят к доске. Ведущий показывает им слово (например, *"Loch Ness Monster", "double-decker bus", "crown", "telephone box"*). Участник должен быстро нарисовать это, а его команда — угадать слово на английском.

Конкурс 6: "Act It Out" (Сценка-пантомима)

Задание: Команда получает карточку с типичной британской ситуацией и должна показать ее без слов. Другая команда угадывает.

Примеры ситуаций:

Для команды 1: "You are having afternoon tea with the King. You are drinking tea and eating scones."

Для команды 2: "You are tourists in London. You are taking a photo with a guard in a red uniform. He doesn't move or smile."

Конкурс 7: "Captains' Contest" (Конкурс капитанов)

Задание: Капитанам задаются более сложные вопросы.

1. What are the colours of the British flag? (Red, white, blue)

2. What is the name of the Scottish national costume for men? (A kilt)

3. Is Great Britain an island or a continent? (An island)

4. What is the name of the famous stone in the coronation chair in Westminster Abbey? (The Stone of Scone)

Подведение итогов и награждение

Жюри (другие учителя или старшеклассники) подсчитывает баллы.

Ведущий:Ou r jury has counted the points. And now, the results! The winner of our KVN is... team "The Big Ben"/"The Red Dragons"! Let's congratulate them!

Вручаются шуточные грамоты или медали (например, "The Best UK Experts", "The Funniest Team"). Важно, чтобы обе команды получили награды в разных номинациях.

Ведущий: Thank you very much for the game! You were brilliant! Goodbye and see you soon!

Советы по организации:

1. Оформление:Украсьте зал флагами Великобритании, Англии, Шотландии, Уэльса. Развесьте картинки с достопримечательностями.

2. Музыка: Включайте британскую музыку (The Beatles, современный британский поп, шотландскую волынку) во время выходов и пауз.

3. Язык: Старайтесь вести весь праздник на английском, но для 5 класса можно дублировать сложные моменты на русском, чтобы все было понятно.

4. Поддержка: Подготовьте болельщиков. Они могут кричать кричалки на английском.

5. Речь: Помогите командам заранее подготовить их приветствия и девизы, чтобы они чувствовали себя уверенно.
