OPTIMIZATION OF DIRECT CURRENT FIBER SPLITTER WORKING DETAILS.

Abstract: In this article, experiments were conducted using the selective technology of saw fiber separators, and regression equations were drawn up. The results showed that the effect of saw gin equipment on work productivity was studied.

Key words: Selective technologies, saw cylinder, inductive flow, breaking force, flow angle, modal length.

Based on the results of scientific research related to the improvement of constructions of sawed fiber separators, new selective technologies of sawed gins were created. A laboratory device of straight-flow fiber separators was developed and experimental tests were carried out on this equipment. The results of the experiment show that the selective technologies of sawing gins have been proven to be applicable to cotton pre-treatment processes and require the optimization of its working details. Therefore, in order to optimize the working parameters of the direct current fiber splitter, full factorial experiments were conducted, regression equations were created, and by analyzing them, alternative dimensions of the factors affecting the technological processes were determined and recommendations were made. .[1]

Full-factorial experiments were carried out in order to optimize the operating modes of the demons by selective technology. Here are the following factors.

- rotation speed of the saw cylinder.

- an injection flow of cotton pieces.

- The angle of deviation of the weighting elements.

These three factors are considered to be the factors that ensure the effective and smooth transition of the processes of direct flow. Therefore, a full factorial experiment 23 was conducted. The separated factors are mainly in two dimensions (+1 and -1) and the number of experiments is equal to 23=8. The experiment was mainly carried out in the Tashkich-6 II sorter.[2]

Experimentation depends on accurate control of input and output parameters. In conducting the experiment, factors determining the condition and grades of the seed were accepted as output factors.

U1.-summary of defects and pollution

Based on the results of the experiment, the influence of the factors on the processes of straight-flow generation was analyzed according to the results of the second-order regression multifactorial mathematical model.

The first factor is the impact of sawing speed on the quality indicators of the condition, and it is determined that its excess speed has a negative effect on all indicators of the wood. It was found that mainly the fiber leads to a decrease in the modulus and the length of the stamp. the second factor, the flow of cotton pieces in direct-flow ginning, the accountant has a very complex physical character, affects the factors. It should be noted that if a lot of fiber is fed from the seed to the place where the fiber is removed, the dynamic forces affecting the mass will decrease. From this, the condition affects the reduction of damaged fiber, short fibers, increase of the modal length of the fiber, and damage to the seed. The third factor is significantly affected by the deviation angle of the bending elements. for example, the modal length of the fiber is twice as high. However, it was found that the increase in the angle of deviation of the bending element leads to a decrease in the quality indicators of the fiber.

In short, the rotation speed of the saw cylinder, the inflow of cotton pieces, and the angle of deviation of the ginning elements were selected as the input factors for the selective technology ginning equipment. As a result of optimization of the factors, it was determined that the following values have a significant effect on the quality of the remaining product and the performance of the equipment.

-The speed of saw cylinder m/s -11.7

- Flow intensity of cotton pieces G/saw .min. -500

- The angle of deflection of the mounting elements is -45
