• He most popular among the routes for rafting on the rivers of the Perm Region is the passage along the Chusovaya. Translated from Komi-Permian, this name means "fast water".

• Although in fact it is not fast at all – the current speed is about 3 kilometers per hour. This river is considered the hallmark of the region. The current begins in Asia, then crosses the Ural Mountains and continues in Europe. Chusovaya is replete with sharp turns, and the majestic rocks are simply breathtaking.

• Some travelers are not enthusiastic about rafting on this river because of the many tourists who pollute the shores. But among the advantages there is a huge variety of routes for both experienced divers and beginners. In addition, Chusovaya is rich in fish, and the surrounding forests are full of game.

The river is southern, so the water in it is warm, which means it is available for traveling and swimming both in spring and summer.
