what is it?

• To prevent further destruction of the ecosystem, and to teach a person to treat nature with love and cherish it, the Red Book was created. Why is it red? Red is the color of anxiety and danger, this color encourages you to stop. For the first time it was given to word in 1963 and the information increased with each subsequent publication. The Red Book is a document has a list and complete information about all kinds of living beings and plants that are rare or are on the verge of extinction. Based on the materials of this Book, are taken various action to protect, reproduce and reasonably use endangered kinds.

The uniqueness of this book is it contains multicolored pages: black, green, white, gray, yellow, red.

• Black pages contain names of animals that have not existed for a long time.
• Red pages have rare and endangered kinds.
• Yellow pages warn of animals and plants, which are rapidly passed away.
• White - contain the lists of those species that were originally very little.
• The gray pages tell us about species, that are not available for information, and there is no way to further study them.
• Varieties of those animals and plants were saved and now they are under reliable protection are printed on the green pages.
