Разработка открытого урока по английскому языку по теме «Спорт в нашей жизни» (Sport in our life) в 8 классе

Цели открытого урока:

• дидактические: обобщить знания учеников по изученной теме «Спорт в нашей жизни»;

• воспитательные: воспитывать уважительное отношение к спорту, здоровому образу жизни; воспитывать такие черты характера, как взаимопомощь, сотрудничество;

• развивающие: совершенствовать произносительные навыки, умения применять лексику по теме “Спорт”, развивать логическое мышление, умение обобщать, сравнивать; развитие навыков самостоятельной работы и работы в команде.

Раздаточный материал: карточки с заданиями, мини-тест.

ТСО: мультимедийная установка (компьютер, проектор, интерактивная доска).

Участники викторины:

Преподаватель-ведущий (the teacher).

3 члена жюри (the jury).

2 команды учеников (2 teams).

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент (1 мин.)

Teacher: – Hello, dear friends and pupils! We are glad to see you here today! Let’s start our lesson. Who is on duty today?

P.I am on duty today. All are present, nobody is absent.

Teacher: thank you, take your seats please.

2. Постановка цели и задач урока. Мотивация учебной деятельности (2 мин.)

Teacher: – What helps us keep in good health and build our character? What makes us stronger, faster and more patient? Yes, right, it is sport. Everybody knows that sport is an important part in our life. Today we are going to have competitions –

we’ll look at your projects which you have done at home.

3. Домашнее задание команд – Защита проекта в формате постеров “My favorite sport” (Мой любимый вид спорта) intellectual quiz game on SPORT.

During the competitions, we shall talk about different kinds of sport. The jury will estimate the teams and put the points for each competition.

– Let me introduce the main characters of this day. They are me – the teacher who will lead the competitions, the jury (names) who will estimate the teams, two teams and our guests.

But first,

Teacher: Now I want teams to introduce themselves. Please the first team is …

Капитаны представляют свои команды, название и девиз.

Каждая команда по очереди рассказывают про свой любимый вид спорта и показывают постеры, изготовленные заранее в качестве домашнего задания по данной теме.

Teacher: Thank you very much for your active participation in project. Now let’s do the quiz game on SPORT.

4. Начало викторины:

• Competition 1 (3 мин): “New kinds of sports.” (“Новые виды спорта.”) (на слайдах)

1 point for each correct name of sport.

Teacher: – Listen the rule: you will see the certain kind of sport in our screen. You must raise your hands and give the correct names of the sports shown on the screen. I’ll give one point for each correct answer. Is everything clear? Are you ready?

На экране по очереди появляются картинки следующих видов спорта:

1) Army biathlon

2) water triathlon

3) mountain triathlon

4) high-speed firing

5) military and sport orientation

• Competition 2 (3 мин): “What sports they are” (“Какой вид спорта”).

1 point for the correct answer.

Teacher: – Now I shall give you descriptions of some kinds of sport and your task is to listen and say what sports they are.

1) It is a game for two or four players who hit a ball with rackets across a net. (tennis)

2) A round ball is used in this game. Two teams of players kick it. They are not allowed to handle the ball with hands. (football)

3) It is a team game played with oval ball. (rugby)

4) It is a game played on a table using round wood bats and a small plastic ball. (ping-pong)

• Competition 3 (2 мин): “Friendly numbers” (“Веселые цифры”) – ( на 2-х карточках письменно).

1 point for the correct word.

Teacher: – There is a chain of numbers; your task is to decode the words using the alphabet and translate them.

Team 1: 19, 16, 15, 18, 20, 19, 13, 1, 14. (sportsman)

Team 2: 23, 18, 5, 19, 20, 12, 9, 14. (wrestling)

• Competition 4 (1 мин): “How do we call people who…” (“Как называются люди, которые…”) (устно).

1 point for each word.

Teacher: – How do we call people who:

1) Play football (footballer or football player)

2) Tennis (tennis player)

3) Go swimming (swimmer)

4) Jumping (jumper)

5) Running (runner)

• Competition 5 (7 мин): “Crazy questions” (“Сумасшедшие вопросы”). (тест на распечатке)

• Competition 7 (4 мин): Вопросы ведущего – ответы учеников (устно).

Teacher: – Well, now answer my questions:

4. What’s your favorite kind of sport?

5. Do you prefer active kinds of sports or passive?

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ

Teacher: – The game is over. Now I want the jury to estimate the teams and account the points.

Вот и наша игра подошла к концу. Сейчас жюри подсчитает все ваши баллы и подведет итоги соревнований.

5. Подведение итогов викторины: (3 мин)

Teacher: This is the end of our class. Three teams have been competing with each other and you gained a lot of points for different competitions. The team which has won the first prize get 5s, the second prize – 4s.
