Аннотация

Данное мероприятие «Рождество в англоязычных странах» проводится в канун Рождества и может быть рекомендовано для разных возрастных групп школьников и студентов образовательных учреждений. Примерно за две недели до католического Рождества (24.12) начинается подготовка студентов: знакомство студентов с лексическим материалом, чтение текстов о Рождестве, об обычаях и традициях празднования Рождества в разных англоязычных странах, разучивание стихов и песен о Рождестве, подготовка Рождественских открыток и написание поздравлений, выпуск стенгазет-поздравлений. В качестве домашнего задания на конкурс учащиеся готовят презентации по теме, по два стихотворения от каждой команды, команда гостей заучивает тексты диалога в начале мероприятия. Продумывает внешний вид (можно украшения рождественские). Заранее украсить помещение для проведения, приготовить аппаратуру с презентацией и музыку.

Рождество в англоязычных странах.

Цель: Развитие социо – культурной компетенции обучающихся посредством ознакомления с традициями Великобритании и США на примере празднования Рождества во внеурочной деятельности. 

 Задачи:

- расширить с помощью английского языка представления обучающихся об окружающем мире;

- организовать деятельность студентов в командной викторине, посвященной Рождеству в англоязычных странах;

- способствовать развитию творческих способностей студентов;

- создать условия для восприятия, активизации и систематизации

тематического материала с использованием интерактивных форм работы.

 

Оборудование:

- презентация с заданиями для команд, с загадками о рождестве для зрителей и информацией о Дедах Морозах разных стран;

- мультимедиапроектор;

- компьютер;

- раздаточный материал;

- музыкальное оформление: песня «Jingle bells» и другие рождественские мелодии и песни;

- команды надевают любой атрибут Рождества (рождественские и новогодние, украшения, шапочки и т.д.). Столы участников украсить ёлочкой с игрушками.

(Звуки аэропорта, прибывающих самолетов, появляется делегация англоязычных студентов, которые ведут диалог о приближающемся празднике Рождества в странах изучаемого языка)

Great Britain

In week before Christmas people are busy. They make or buy Christmas cards and send them to their friends, grandparents and other relatives. They also buy Christmas presents. On Christmas Eve everybody puts their presents under the Christmas tree. People say that at night Father Christmas puts presents into the stockings wich children usually hang on their beds. The traditional Christmas meal is roast turkey and Christmas pudding.

Oh! You live in Southern hemisphere and that s why when you have summer we love winter and when you have winter we have summer.

Americans celebrate Christmas on 25^th of December. Christmas is a religious holiday and one of the happiest holidays of the year, because we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. We prepare for Christmas weeks before. We buy gifts for our family and friends. We choose the tree and decorate it. Santa Claus visits us and brings us presents. He climbs down the chimney and leaves the presents under the Christmas tree. In the morning we go to the church. People wish each other a «Merry Christmas! »

5: - Oh! But we celebrate Christmas on the 7^th of January. And what about Australia?

Australia

Christmas in Australia is not like anywhere else! Those who live near the coast go to the beach on Christmas day. They have a swim, play cricket or volleyball or just sit with family and friends enjoying Christmas dinner. Santa Claus arrives at Australian beaches on surfboard. Many Christmas decorations and symbols are the same as in Great Britain or the USA: Christmas trees, turkeys, plum puddings and snow scenes. But among decorations you can also see toy kangaroos and koala bears.

6: - And temperature is above zero on Christmas! But in our country people celebrate New Year more funny than Christmas. I want to invite you to our college on Christmas party! ( помещение украшено)

Конкурс 2 «What do you know about Christmas?» (каждая команда представляет презентацию о рождестве, мультфильм о рождестве с собственной озвучкой)

Конкурс 7  «Draw a funny snowman with closed eyes» (сдаётся жюри)

 Необходимо два листа бумаги и маркеры, можно также использовать мел и доску.

Наше жюри не очень строгое, но справедливое!

Конкурс 8 «A song» (предварительно разрезать слова песенки по столбикам о Ёлочке) . Who knows this song?

Какая команда быстрее соберёт известную всем даже детям песенку по порядку и вспомнит её название! А может и споёт нам! (необходимо найти минусовку к песне)

А болельщики отгадывают загадки о рождестве и получают сладкие призы!
