  • My favorite dish  In this presentation, I want to tell you about my favorite dish. To choose the one dish of this variety was so hard. But I do it, and tell you about Sinabon. 
  • One father and son wanted to create "the best cinnamon bun in the world." This idea became the basis for the development of their business. They hired a local master. Three months later, after hundreds of culinary experiments and numerous trips in search of the best cinnamon variety, the team refined the Sinabon bun recipe and opened the first bakery in Seattle (USA, Washington).
recipe     Ingredients:  Dough: milk 200 ml yeast 11g eggs 2 margarine 65g sugar 100g flour 600g salt 1 tsp.  Filling: cinnamon 20g margarine 50 g sugar 200g

  • eggs 2
  • margarine 65g
  • sugar 100g
  • flour 600g
  • salt 1 tsp.

Filling:

  • cinnamon 20g
  • margarine 50 g
  • sugar 200g
recipe  Cream: cream cheese 50g powdered sugar 100g butter 3 tbsp.  Cooking:  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk.  2. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.  3. Beat eggs.  4. Add soft margarine to the eggs (can be melted). Stir.

Cooking:

recipe 5. Add sugar and yeast, knead thoroughly. Add to yeast dough. 6. For gluten take 1 tbsp. flour. 7. Add a drop of water until it gets a sticky mass. 8. Add gluten to the dough. Mix. 9. Add the rest of the flour, knead the dough. 10. Let the dough go (approximately 1 hour). 11. Cinnamon mixed with sugar. 12. Then roll the dough into a rectangle.

Put the buns on a baking sheet. 17. Bake buns in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. 18. For cream, mix cream cheese, butter and icing sugar. 19. Buns with cinnamon, smear with cream and serve tea, bon appetit!
