My future profession.
Choosing a career is not a simple thing and it demands careful consideration because of the great importance of your choice. For that reason you should realistically consider your abilities and how you can make use of them. As a matter of fact many of us are still on the fantasy level about the future jobs, for there is a great difference between the career aspirations and the real world of work. That’s why you’d better think about all pros and cons so as not to regret your decision to follow this or that career afterwards. Actually it’s not a pleasant thing to stay your life in job which you don’t like.
Like most of my classmates I made my final choice when I was in my last year at school. Before that I had asked myself a lot of times what I wanted to do when I left school. I finished my school and entered Soligorsk State College. After finishing of this educational establishment I will be a mineworker.
A mining profession is one of the most important and necessary in our country. I hope I will work at the Production Amalgamation “Belaruskali”. It is one of the world largest producers and suppliers of potash mineral fertilizers for agriculture, which occupies more than 90% of total volume of industrial production of Soligorsk. The company employs a great number of people. 83% of total production is exported to more than 54 countries of the world. Presence of sufficient amount of natural raw materials, high productive potential, qualified workers and engineers provides all the possibilities for the further increase of production effectiveness and securement of high quality of all types of works and final product. There are six potash mining plants in our modern beautiful city. Among mining professions you can come across: miner, electric gas welder, fitter, turner, milling machine operator, etc.
I took the final decision on what I will do in future.I considered the possibilities had and my fitness for this job. I want to enjoy my work and get satisfaction from it. And if it is well-paid at the same time, it looks the most desirable and attractive.
