1. Qigong is an excellent way of treating disease. It consists of a system of meditative exercises which involve standing in various postures for half an hour per day, and carrying out simple movements and breathing exercises.

Qigong reduces stress, improves circulation, and helps strengthen the immune system.

These people never feel so alive as when they are risking their lives. In their quest for the ultimate sensation, thrill-seekers are thinking up more and more elaborate and dangerous sports.

5. The first of sports invented by the British is a long one. It includes football, golf, badminton, lawn tennis, cricket, rugby, squash, billiards and snooker. In Britain today, sport is almost a national obsession. Sport occupies 40% of the news pages of the popular newspaper. Many British people are more interested in sport than anything else.

6. Physical education should not be optional as it is an important part of the school curriculum. In these lessons all children learn how to interact with each other, which is a vital skill in later life. Also, sport in schools gives less academic students the opportunity to do something well. Furthermore, physical education is essential for children who live in towns and cities as it difficult for them to find safe places to exercise during their leisure times.
