26-27 марта 2019 г. в Москве состоялась ежегодная онлайн-конференция издательства “Macmillan”. Как рассказала организатор онлайн- конференции Наталия Ивановна Галанина: « Онлайн-конференции мы проводим ежегодно. 250 тысяч учителей посещают издательство “ Macmillan” по всему миру. Наша «линейка» отвечает на экзаменационные вопросы, которые помогают сдавать 10 млн.учащимся во всём мире, учатся по учебникам “ Macmillan”. Cотрудничество “Macmillan Teacher Plus”, “Macmillan Partners Education – профессиональные сообщества прогрессивных преподавателей: это тестирование, вебинары и т.д. Помогает учащимся “Nile” (Great Britain). Состоялись мероприятия с участием “Macmillan” в г.Иваново( 29.03.19 г.), г.Красноярск (30.03.19 г.); в г.Екатеринбург (30.04.19 г.); в г.Казань (9.04.19 г.); в г.Калининград (23.04.19 г.); в г.Пермь (23.04.19 г.); в г.Тюмень (25.04.19 г.).

Lesson plan

Before reading:

• Ask your students “Do you like?”

• Practice: Yes, I do/ No, I don’t.

While reading:

• Read the book and answer the questions

• When students give a negative answer, ask individual children to tell you how they like it. For example: How do you like ketchup? I like ketchup on my spaghetti.

After reading:

• Write on the board in/on/with and play with mini-cards in pairs

• Make your own book.

• Start with books which have a repetitive pattern.

• Brainstorm collocations or rhyming words if necessary.

• Make one book together and :

• Copy it for every student.

• Ask students to make similar books at home.

• Ask students to prepare 3-4 questions about their books.

• Read the books in class and have fun.
