Students: We are going to speak about “ecology” and “ecological problems” and so on.
Teacher: Yes, you are right. Today we will speak about ecology, ecological problems and ecological awareness. Can you tell me the topic of our lesson?
Students: Ecology, ecological problems and ecological awareness.
Teacher: Great! Look at the screen and read the key statement of our lesson?
Students: “The more mankind evolves, the closer it gets to its extinction”
Teacher: Do you understand this statement? Do you agree with it? Can you explain it?
Students: The mankind creates a lot of plants, destroy forests, pollutes water and air and it can lead to extinction in the future.

6. Подведение итогов урока и объяснение домашнего задания.
Teacher: It sounds good. Personally, I think, that we should use three golden rules R’s (reuse, reduce, recycle). To my mind people should:
- plant more trees to make our country green,
- help animals to survive,
- clean rivers and lakes,
- feed animals in cold weather,
- be careful with farm waste,
- make laws to control pollution.
To sum up I would use a proverb: “Actions speak louder than words”.
Teacher: Now, open your book and write down your homework: to sum up information on the topic "Ecological awareness: why is it so important?" Write down your opinion. Use as many keywords as possible.
7. Рефлексия учебной деятельности

Students: Explain the statement and provide their personal opinion.
Teacher: So, our lesson has come to an end. Do you like it? Was it useful for you? Look at the table “KWHL”. Complete the last column.
Students: Answer the questions and complete the last column.
Teacher: Good. I’m glad to hear it. Stand up. Our lesson is over. Goodbye! Have a nice day!
