по английскому языку в 4 классе на тему:

«Предлоги места» (Prepositions of place).

Тема урока: «Предлоги места» (Prepositions of place).

Тип урока: урок комплексного применения знаний, умений, навыков учащихся.

Цель: отработка вопроса Where is? , изучить и закрепить предлоги места в английском языке (in, on, under, next to, between, behind, in front of)

Задачи:

обучающая: совершенствовать произносительные навыки, навыки чтения, умение аудировать с целью извлечения информации, развивать диалогическую форму общения. Учить переносить полученные знания в новые ситуации общения. Обучать запрашивать информацию, отвечать на неё.

воспитательная:воспитывать умение внимательно слушать и слышать собеседника, воспитывать культуру общения.

развивающая: развитие способностей к догадке, развитие внимания, памяти, воображения, творческих способностей, логического мышления.

Планируемые результаты (предметные): научатся понимать на слух инструкции учителя и выполнять их.

Формирование УУД:

Личностные: правильно идентифицируют себя с позицией учащегося; руководствуются значимыми учебными мотивами; оценивают свои поступки; осознают язык, в том числе иностранный, как основное средство общения между людьми.

Регулятивные: освоить начальные формы познавательной и личностной рефлексии; овладеть способностью принимать и сохранять цели и задачи учебной деятельности, искать средства её осуществления.

Познавательные: осознанно строят речевое высказывание в устной форме.

Коммуникативные: слушают и понимают речь учителя и одноклассников; работают в парах и группах в соответствии с нормами общения, правилами поведения и этикета.

Оборудование: учебник Spotlight 4 /Английский в фокусе. 4 класс. Быкова Н.И., Дули Дж., Поспелова М.Д., Эванс В. M.,просвещение2022г., мультимедийная презентация, рабочие листы, карточки, иллюстрации достопримечательностей Лондона, раздаточный материал.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

1. Приветствие.

- Good morning, children!

II.Актуализация знаний:

-Yes, you’re right!

- We’re going to speak about prepositions! And also in the title of my poem you heard the question word Where, do you remember what it means? Of course, we can use it to ask a question and find out about the location of a person or object.

-So, the topic of our lesson is «Prepositions of place». SLIDE2

-Then I have a question for you. Does anyone know the famous English detective Sherlock Holmes?( children's answers)

Sherlock Holmes is a character from books written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Holmes is a popular fictional detective.

He is famous for his detective skills and for solving mysteries.

Holmes is very clever.

He does not know a lot about literature, philosophy, astronomy and politics but his knowledge of chemistry is great.

He is a master of disguise, an expert boxer and he can play the violin.

-Sherlock had a pet dog named Toby. She was an English bulldog. By the way, every year we participate in a wonderful competition called the English Bulldog. Toby will help us practice our tongues now.

-Our tongue is a dog, and our mouth is his house.

Washes the windows – run the tongue over the upper teeth first in one direction, then in the opposite direction. He cleans the walls – we run the tongue over the cheeks – and sweeps the floor – show the tongue – hide.The house is fine and so are our tongues.

- This is Big Ben. Big Ben is the clock tower of the Palace of Westminster, also known as the Parliament Building.

- Now we have a landmark in front of us -St Paul's Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral in London. As the seat of the Bishop of London, the cathedral serves as the mother church of the Diocese of London.

- Are you tired? Let’s have some rest. I will speak and you will act. I will pronounce sentences, and you must repeat after me and depict actions (music is playing in the background)

-Buckingham Palace is one of the most famous landmarks in London, England. It is the official residence of the British monarch . SLIDE13

- The next word is hidden in Trafalgar Square. It is a large pedestrian square, bounded on three sides by roads. Trafalgar Square is in the heart of London. SLIDE14

-Where are the helmet and CD?(put this on your head and recording a song ) ( children's answers) in front of Trafalgar Square.

-And the last world is guitar-(play music with this)Where is it?( children's answers)

-Yes,it is under Tower Bridge . The bridge crosses the River Thames close to the Tower of London and has become an iconic symbol of London. SLIDE15

- We have completed Sherlock's tasks and now he offers to play a game with him.

The game is the consolidation of prepositions .

The class is divided into 2 teams. Pictures of Sherlock and the places where he finds himself appear on the screen. The students from each team close their eyes and take turns answering. The picture is changing. The student must name, using prepositions, the places where Sherlock was. Working out the question-"Where is Sherlock? SLIDE17

Card 3.-arrange the words in the correct order (make sentences) and insert the necessary prepositions according to the meaning
