“On a picnic”













МОГИЛЕВ

Тема мероприятия: On a picnic.


Цели урока:

Практическая: совершенствование навыков устной речи по теме “Food”.

Образовательная: развитие умения осуществлять выбор языковых средств, работать в группе, умения осуществлять контроль (самоконтроль), коррекцию (самокоррекцию).

Развивающая: развитие мышления, памяти, воображения, внимания, логики, языковой догадки.

Воспитательная: формирование интереса к изучению иностранного языка, потребности в дальнейшем самовоспитании, самообразовании.


Сопутствующие задачи: совершенствование навыков чтения и письма.


Оснащение:

  1. Мультимедийная презентация на ПК

  1. Начало урока (организационный момент)

- Hello, boys and girls. We’re glad to see you today. Sit down, please.

What’s the weather like today? Is it a good weather for a picnic? We like picnics very much! And you? Do you like picnics? Let’s have a picnic today! What is the most necessary thing for a picnic? You’re right! It’s food.

I’ll give a piece of paper each of you. Pupils, who have got yellow papers, go to the first table. You are ‘Crazy Fruits’. Pupils with green papers come to the second table. Your team’s name is ‘Funny Vegetables’.

    1. Tour 1.

We’ve prepared some cards with riddles about food. Your task is to guess what food we can take with us. Each team has got a basket. If you guess the riddle, you get this food and put it into your basket. After you guess all the riddles, we’ll see what each team will take to our picnic.

    1. Let’s give a rest to our eyes: I will name the letter and you are to draw it with the help of your eyes.

P-I-C-N-I-C. What word can be composed of these letters? Right! It’s picnic.

    1. Tour 2.

Let’s find a glade for our picnic. Look at the board. You can see a path but it’s not a simple path. It’s a magic path. It will help us to see which team is the bravest and the cleverest. Your task is to throw a dice and answer the question. The team which finishes the first will be the winner.

21 –name five foods dogs like: Dogs like meat.

22 - buy some oranges (see PB, ex. 4, p. 15).

23 - name five things dogs don’t like, e.g. dogs don’t like carrots.

24 – say a chant.

25 – sing a song.

26 - name five things cats don’t eat: Cats don’t eat cakes.

A - tell the letter, the sound and the words with this sound., e.g. Aa – acorn – [e׀], etc.

E - tell the letter, the sound and the words with this sound., e.g. Aa – acorn – [e׀], etc.
