Warm up activity “Guess sounds”

Learners identify weather sounds of rain, thunder and wind. Ask learners to guess what the theme is (weather)

Task 1. I W Pre-reading strategy “Snowball”

Teacher throws the ball to the learners saying new words .::Learners catch the ball and repeat the words

I would ask learners to read the text in pairs. Learners find new words, adjectives and underline them

Form the comparative and superlative forms of a one-syllable adjective by adding –er for the comparative form and –est for the superlative.
