My dream house

• About 51 million people live in England and most of them (84%) are in London. Like in any other capital city there are a lot of blocks of flats with modern flats and a lot of people prefer living there.
• But people who are more conservative and value the traditions of their country live in the countryside

The countryside

• The houses in the countryside are usually more expensive than the flats in big cities. think it is normal because when you live in the country, you pay not just for the house but for the marvelous views, fresh air and a possibility to spend your free time in a garden (gardening is one of the most favourite hobbies among the British).

• There are numerous different types of houses in the United Kingdom:
• Detached Houses
• Semi-Detached Houses
• Terraced Housing
• Flats
• Cottages

• English houses often have two

floors and an attic . There is a kitchen, a dining-room and a living on the ground floor . Almost in every house there is a fire-place in the living room, which is the most favourite place for all the family in the evenings or on holidays. There are bedrooms and several bathrooms on the first floor . There is always a room for guests. There is usually a study on the attic

My house of a dream

• I dream to live in a private house somewhere in the quite suburb of the city.

• I imagine that there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a study, a kitchen, a recreation room, a gym, a balcony and a swimming pool, of course .

This is my bedroom. It is very big and bright.

• There is a big bed om the right, a table with two chairs near my bed and a TV opposite the bed.
• I like minimalism but everything should be tasteful

This is my living room

• There is a big sofa, There are white, black and green pillows on the sofa. There is a furry brown carpet on the floor. There are brown curtains on the windows. My living room is cozy and stylish.

• There is also a TV set in front of the sofa and a lamp near it.

This is my kitchen

• I would like to have a modern, cozy and at the same time comfortable kitchen. There are shelves, cupboards with dining and tea sets , a sink, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a table and some chairs.

This is my bathroom

• There is a toilet pan, a bath, a shower, 2 sinks with towels and a mirror in my bathroom.

My library

• This is my library with numerous masterpieces from such authors as Kipling, Bronte, Pushkin, Shakespeare, Margaret Mitchell, L.N Tolstoy and etc.

This is the recreation zone. There is a pool table, a large sofa, a TV set and two armchairs

This is my dining room

• There is a table in the middle of my dining room. There are six chairs around the table. There are pictures on the walls. There is also a wooden chest of drawers, a vase and candles on it.

This is my swimming pool. You can sunbathe nearby.

• There is a wooden table opposite the swimming pool so that after a swim I and my guests could have a snack with fizzy drinks.
