• Hypothesis: the processes occurring in the modern language directly depend on the processes that occur in society, that is, the pace of life affects the amount of lexical expressions.
• Subject of research are lexical expressions in everyday communication used in social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• The purpose of our work : to collect and analyze lexical expressions, which are widely used in everyday language environment compare with those words, phrases and expressions which we study in the school curriculum.

Tasks:

• To study the factors influencing the development of the language.
• To classify the most frequent lexical word forms used in modern American language.
• To make a mini-Phrasebook for travelers in the United States.

Conclusion.

• 1. Development and change language is constantly and intensively.
• 2. One of the key factors influencing the change in language is the native language.
• 3. Development of lexical side of the language is in several directions:

• Replacement of lexical meaning to the opposite.

• The original and basic meaning of the word sick – sick. Currently, this word is used in the sense of approval, praise, which is similar to the word cool.

• Reduction of words, phrases, whole sentences until the first of the letters in the word. IDEK - I don't even know.

• The use of the word in the unusual meaning.
