What do we do when something is wrong in your house or flat?
The heating doesn’t work
The tap is leaking
No electricity
For example, you have no electricity, the heating doesn’t work or the tap is leaking.
You can fix it if you know how to do it.
Or you can ask for help special services.
Special services
This is an electrician.
This is a plumber.
We contact the electrician when we have a problem with electricity.
We call the plumber when the heating doesn’t work or the tap is leaking.
