History voleyball

• I would like to tell about the history of volleyball. I chose this sport because I really like and I am learning to play it.

• Homeland volleyball - United States of America. New game invented in 1895 by William Morgan.
• Volleyball translates as «flying ball». The first rules of volleyball appeared in 1900.

• The Russian volleyball first appeared in 1923. In 1925, the first in our country, the official rules of volleyball were approved in Moscow, in which the first competitions were held soon.

• In 1932 it was established All-Union section of volleyball, and in 1933 started regular championship of the Soviet Union. Men's World Championships have been held since 1949 and women since 1952.

• Already in 1964, volleyball would be included in the program of the Olympic Games held in Tokyo. At these competitions took gold volleyball players USSR and volleyball players Japan.
